What is collected and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email, project type and description, along with any business name, website, budget and timing you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project.

Hosting, delivery and spam protection

Cloudflare serves the site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for security and rate limiting. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a form submission is legitimate. Configured enquiry delivery uses Resend to send the enquiry to the studio’s Google Gmail inbox. These providers may process information in other countries under their applicable service terms. Routine application logs do not include form contents.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for 14 days after the decision not to proceed, then deleted from the studio inbox. Active project correspondence is kept for the duration of the discussion; any further retention is agreed as part of the project. Email-provider backups and security logs may follow separate provider retention schedules.

Tracking

No analytics or advertising tracking is enabled. Fonts are served by this website. If analytics are added, this policy and any necessary consent controls must be updated first.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information supplied in an enquiry, subject to applicable requirements.
